Hi, I’m Nina!
I’m a wellness enthusiast with 10+ years of experience working in health and wellness education and marketing. Navigating your well-being on a day-to-day basis can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s where I come in — I can’t wait to work with you!
I love talking to people about all things wellness, especially food and fitness. I have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food sciences, and dietetics, which sparked my love for food and cooking. I started a blog, Nina Knows Food, and wrote and self-published a cookbook, How to Adult: The Newlywed Cookbook (not just for newlyweds; for everyone and anyone looking to make healthy cooking really simple… and delicious!).
As a former competitive gymnast, I always had an interest in fitness and staying active. I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Certified Mat, Reformer, and Jumpboard Pilates Instructor through SPRING. Movement, based in Brooklyn, New York.
I am now based in Washington, D.C., and am continuing my teaching and practice here. I provide not just a great workout, but also a deeper understanding of the functional application of fitness for a healthy body at any stage of life.
